Volar Shoe Last Light
This is a vintage wooden shoe form called a “last”, after the Old English word for “footprint”. Historically, these were shaped out of maple and made in the millions. This last is for the right foot and is marked Volar, size 7½B, with a date of October 1960. The accent lamp features vintage-style cloth cord with plug and a warm-light LED bulb (included with purchase).
